Welcome back to my blog! I just completed the True Ending of ROBLOX Piggy Chapter 12: Plant. You can also view this guide in video format on my YouTube channel.
I researched a few videos and even played the maps multiple times. The trick is to obtain Mrs P's photo and give it to Mr P. To do so, you need to:

#1 Collect All Piggy Badges
As the creator MiniToon has tweeted, you don't need to play other ROBLOX games (duh!) to unlock the True Ending. That being said, however, you need to unlock ALL Piggy badges to be "eligible" for the True Ending.
Badges are the tokens awarded to you after completing any Piggy map. Piggy has 12 maps in total and since Chapter 12: Plant has two endings (Good and Bad Ending), you require 13 badges to be "qualified" to unlock the True Ending.
You can check which badges you're missing via your ROBLOX profile.
Remember, collecting ALL badges is crucial. This is because the game doesn't allow you to pick up Mrs P's photo unless you've collected all badges.
I didn't realise this at first and struggled to grab the photo... I've spent a good two minutes clicking the photo helplessly to no avail.
#2 Play Chapter 9: City in "Bot + Player" mode
Also, be sure to play the game mode "Bot + Player", as hinted by MiniToon again:
Now complete the map as usual. My suggestion is to unlock the exit in the first 7 minutes, leaving 3 minutes to complete your main mission, which is:
#3 Exit Chapter 9: City with Mrs P's photo
YES. You cannot exit the map empty-handed. You need Mrs P's photo in your hand while exiting. Where's Mrs P's photo?
Mrs P's photo is under the purple car. The trick is to stand/crouch as close to the car as possible. Switch to wide view and orbit downwards until you saw the photo next to your feet.

Since you're playing in "bot + player" mode, you'll have a minimum of 2 Piggy's on your tail. It may take you a while to properly contain Mrs P's photo.
Therefore, either be careful or have other methods to contain them. Shoot them, trap them: anything that permits you extra time to pick up Mrs P's photo.
BIG TIP: only go for Mrs P's photo after the exit has opened.
Once you grabbed the photo, you cannot swap it with anything else. When you swapped the photo with other items, the photo simply vanished in thin air.
Simply put, you're better off helping your teammates to open the exit only then you reach for the photo. Unless you're being selfish by having it for yourself and expecting others to open the exit for you.
Another important note is that the progress only applies to the player who picked it. It doesn't work in groups: if your teammate obtained the photo, only he/she is eligible. YOU need to grab the photo YOURSELF to unlock True Ending.
P/S This is based on my experience but I may be mistaken!
#4 Play Chapter 12: Plant
After exiting with Mrs P's photo in your hand, jump straight into Chapter 12: Plant. If you play another map, the game will reset your progress and you'll need to obtain it again.
P/S The photo will not be in your possession when starting Chapter 12. ROBLOX Piggy remembers your progress (provided you play immediately after Chapter 9) so don't panic!
Make sure you stay alive throughout the map, of course! Complete the map and you'll be brought to the end credits.
DO NOT SKIP the end credits or you'll lose everything!
Be patient and bear a tad bit longer throughout the end credits. If you've played this far, might as well enjoy the sad piano music! Sit put till the moment where you can choose to either go to George or Mr P.
Remember, this is the turning point to the True Ending. Assuming (and hopefully) you have had Mrs P's photo:
#5 Walk to Mr P after the end credits
Approach Mr P. And... voila! You are now awarded the True Ending! The True Ending badge should pop up like any other map completion.
But there's more! Check your shops and equip yourself with brand new skin, free of charge: Mr P's skin!
