Minecraft Dogs made me Vegetarian!

Updated: Oct 28

Prologue

Before proceeding to the blog post, I have a minor update to tell. This is me when I logged in:

Yes! I have updated my skin! I love army green because it to me symbolises discipline and tenacity. Qualities that made one a fighter, or a warrior... if the heart and mind are on the right path!

What do you think of the design? Let me know!

Alrighty. Back to the main story:

Minecraft wolves!

Enough of house building and basic farming, it's time for a bit of adventure! Yes, I'm quite a rebel and restless player (and in-person).

I accidentally wandered a few hundred blocks away from my (unfinished) house when I heard barks. Are those... Minecraft wolves?

I envisaged an army of dogs.

Yes, the house I just built halfway is too big and cold only for my dwelling. These wolves (or dogs) will be the best companion!

I envisaged an army of dogs, indicating I need at least two to begin with. My unorganised habit served me well because I have bones in my inventory: what a pure coincidence! I used them to tame two of the wolves.

I'm still in the process of getting used to feeding Minecraft mobs. I accidentally overfed them and out came a puppy. It doesn't matter at all because look how cute it is!!

As expected, the three tamed wolves followed me wherever I go. My house is pretty far away and the baby grew up before I even reach my house (LOL).

It's time to name my dogs!

Now, I'm still relatively new to Minecraft and am uncertain of what I'm supposed to and need not to do. One of the examples is the subconscious thought to feed my dogs every day.

Yes, EVERY DAY.

Sometimes I forgot to make the dogs sit while feeding them. They began multiplyingeven if there are already dozens of them now.

Sure enough, my food supply depleted rapidly. I was endlessly feeding my dogs that I don't have any meat left for my own.

My Minecraft dogs made me vegetarian!!

Doesn't matter. The more the merrier? I'll just make sure they sit while feeding them.

The Minecraft tamed wolves have red collar by default. Recalling how I dyed my sheep, I decided to do the same too!

It's dying time! As in... dye-ing in Minecraft.

I was rummaging through my chests when I found three nametags. Another thought sprout into my mind—it's time to name some of my dogs!

In my opinion, their names should reflect something/someone closely associated with the colour of their collar. And hence the naming ceremony begins:

Why green? Because I'm dressed in green.

Why Loki? Because his trademark combat attire is green, also because he's my favourite character and is the inspiration for one of my novel's main persona.

Time to play with the boys—under the rain!

I have too many dogs around so I have to sit all of them except for Loki. Sorry, a bit of favouritism here! Sure enough, Loki followed me everywhere even to my bedroom!

And that's it, folks! Time to play with the boys—under the rain!
