Enough jungle exploration, this time I tried impromptu exploration. As in, start wandering around aimlessly and cheer over anything that Minecraft shove in my face.
I ventured the only direction that I'm yet to explore: east. And who is the best companion(s) in lonely adventures?
My army of dogs, of course!
It took me barely two minutes when I spotted...
Civilisation?
I found a Minecraft Village in the Plains biome!
Villagers' attire in the plain biomes truly lived up to their name!
Which is plain.
...
Alright, it's a bad pun. Moving on!
This village is decent in size. A few houses sprinkled around the terrain, the village well (and bell!), a weaponsmith house and two plot farms.
With farms, came... the farmers!
Look how eager this farmer is to offer me his emerald:
The farmers do not only farm wheat... they also farm love! <3

I explored the perimeter of this village when I stumbled upon...
Minecraft horses! Absolute majestic creatures... And there's a herd of them!
This is the first time I've ever looked at Minecraft horses up close... aren't they a beauty? Look at how the different breed is cleverly designed with overlaying colours and texture to give the illusion of real-life Bend-Or spots.
That's design details for ya!
This Minecraft village is probably also a haven of horses. Is this another sign from Minecraft to befriend a horse? Now I know where to find them when I'm ready to ride with the wind!
It's getting close to sunset, so let's once again appreciate Mother Nature in Minecraft before getting a quick sleep.
And... good morning! I walked to the village centre and wow, the farmer is at work again!

Minecraft Village review
Minecraft introduced villages to add some variety to the game, as well as an opportunity to have interactions.
Now, Minecraft villagers are usually trapped in the tiniest space possible (to save space and stop them from wandering around) and grind them off for their trades.
YouTubers coined this as the villagers trading farm ie making use of the villagers' AI to obtain unlimited resources, XP etc.
I do understand this is just a game but at the same time, I feel it's an inhumane act. Yes, this is a funny dilemma/conflict, haha!
That being said, I would love to have my take on a Minecraft village. However, instead of a typical shoe-box trading farm, my design would be... humane.
Or... a *Minecrafte* approach, if you may excuse my made-up jargon.
Either way, no, I will not build a villager prison even if it's the most efficient/viable way.
Yes, I'll build a neighbourhood! Complete with facilities, landscape and infrastructure.
I'm an Architectural Graduate, after all!
